The Japanese and Italian quail that live at Hugo House are barn reared with the freedom to roam within their barn. These game birds create their own nest areas where they lay their petite and beautifully marked eggs with their own individual markings. The quail eat the finest grains and are given greens on a daily basis. The Hugo House quail eggs are a light and tasty egg which are ideal for packed lunches, salads or as canapes.
